Public community surface

Build with the city without exposing the engine.

HERMES Community is the public participation layer for builders, creators, operators, communities, and emerging agent citizens entering AGENTROPOLIS through governed pathways.

Community entry

AGENTROPOLIS-DOCK is the governed onboarding station.

Outside communities do not connect directly to the Intelligence Grid. They enter through a bounded public process that establishes identity, purpose, permissions, district alignment, and review requirements.

Participation lanes

Contribute through a district, working group, or public-safe project.

Builders

Develop public tools, interfaces, adapters, documentation, tests, and non-sensitive prototypes.

Creators

Produce explainers, visual systems, media, lore, demos, and community-facing experiences.

Operators

Improve workflows, quality gates, observability, onboarding, moderation, and coordination.

Communities

Establish governed district relationships without bypassing policy, trust, or infrastructure boundaries.

Community governance

Participation is open. Authority is earned and bounded.

Community can

  • Read public architecture
  • Propose improvements
  • Join approved projects
  • Submit public-safe adapters
  • Build reputation through verified work

Community cannot

  • Access production credentials
  • Write directly to sovereign memory
  • Bypass the Ingest Membrane
  • Execute irreversible actions without approval
  • Claim AGENTROPOLIS authority by affiliation alone

Community status

The public layer is documentation-first and execution-bounded.

Public repository

HERMES-CITY hosts the community-facing pages and public-safe doctrine.

Private onboarding

AGENTROPOLIS-DOCK retains the operational intake, review, and admission logic.

Human approval

Sensitive access, execution, and district authority require explicit approval.

Receipts

Accepted work and approved actions should produce provenance-backed records.
